Code of Conduct

Reed Exhibitions Limited or the global affiliate of Reed Exhibitions Limited that is operating the Event (“RX”) is the Organiser of the Event. The “Event” shall be defined as the event managed by Organiser, including any live and/or virtual component(s) thereto.

RX strives to create and maintain an environment where everyone is treated with dignity, decency, and respect. As such, this Code of Conduct applies to all attendees of the Event and RX expects everyone attending the Event to behave in accordance with this Code of Conduct.

RX has a zero tolerance policy for harassment of any kind including, but not limited to: stalking, intimidation, offensive verbal comments, physical assault and/or battery, threats, harassing, non-consensual photography and/or recording, sustained disruption of presentations and other events, bathroom policing, inappropriate physical contact, unwelcome physical attention, sexually explicit, suggestive and/or provocative behaviour or signage, hate symbols in relation to, but not limited to race, colour, national origin, gender, gender identity, gender presentation, sexual orientation, marital status, age, body size, disability, appearance, religion, citizenship, pregnancy.

If anyone attending the Event engages in behaviour in violation of, or contrary to this Code of Conduct, RX will take prompt action in any form deemed appropriate, including immediate expulsion from the Event with no refund or recourse.

Please note that anyone can report harassment to Event staff/security at any time. If someone’s behaviour has made you uncomfortable, or if you witness harassment happening to someone else, you should immediately contact Event staff/security. If necessary, security or Event staff may (at their discretion) contact local law enforcement, provide escort, offer a safe place, or other assistance.

In the event of a conflict between the English version of this Code of Conduct and any version translated into a different language, or a dispute as to the interpretation of this Code of Conduct, the English version of this Code of Conduct shall take precedence.
