Tomasz is the Associate Director – Visual Analytics & Data Preparation at Alcon, the global leader in eye care, where he’s responsible for business intelligence and analytics engineering platforms, as well as for leading Visual Analytics & Data Preparation hub which serves various Internal clients across functions globally. On top of that, he is responsible for multiple large end-to-end data & analytics initiatives, as well as for Alcon Analytics Academy – a data literacy programme.

Prior to Alcon, Tomasz has helped various manufacturing, financial services and consulting companies shape and execute their analytical endeavours.

Tomasz is passionate about developing young talent and helping people see and understand data.
