Tom is an experienced data professional with a passion for changing the hearts and minds of colleagues when it comes to how data is managed, used and understood. He is currently working as Reach PLC’s Data Governance Manager, implementing a data governance framework across the organisation. Prior to this he has worked in the charity and public sectors either driving improved data governance or using data to analyse and report on performance KPIs. Tom wants to share his experiences with like minded data professionals on his journey to drive improving data confidence across organisations.
