At Databricks, Lexy oversees and guides customer organisations through holistic digital transformation programmes built on industry trends and best practices. She is also the Founder and Host of the Data Science Ethics Podcast in which she delves into the responsibilities and societal ramifications of applying advanced analytics across both private and public sectors.
Outside of work, Lexy mentors for multiple initiatives promoting supporting underrepresented groups in STEM including CorrelationOne's Data Science for All and Girls, Inc. She is a frequent speaker and guest lecturer on the topic of data and AI ethics at institutions around the world.
