Elena is working with Deloitte’s Audit and Assurance practise to re-shape how Data and Analytics create value for internal and external customers. She leads her team in adopting new tools such as Dataiku across Deloitte NSE and Middle East Member Firms. Her career is fuelled by a passion for technology and innovation, which led her to focus on Infrastructure Implementation and Change Management. She enjoys inspiring people and building analytics communities that further collaboration and unlock the team’s full potential. Elena helped 3 organisations achieve this by establishing Analytics Centres of Excellence to drive the adoption of new technologies, define and disseminate best practices across departments and analytics innovation.
