Belle is a Data Strategist with expertise in data & technology transformation projects, with strong emphasis on audience strategies using DMPs. She has been the lead consultant strategist for brands such as William Hill, Diageo and Tourism Ireland, and currently leads the paid media audience strategy for BT Group. Belle started her career at Dentsu Aegis Network, after graduating from UCL with a BSc in Psychology. During her time at Dentsu, she earned promotions into lead data & strategy roles within their agency brand iProspect. Belle currently works as a Senior Data Strategy Manager at Essence, part of GroupM and WPP.
Belle is passionate about driving equality and inclusivity, having spent 6 years of her adult life disabled. She is currently on the Women in Data committee, has been involved in IPA AdMission and has also supported several other diversity initiatives across the Advertising & Sporting industries. Belle was profiled as the youngest of the Top 20 Women in Data & Technology, a collaboration between The Female Lead and Women in Data UK in 2017.
