SPEAKER PROFILE
Sarah is an Information Law Consultant, a French qualified lawyer and a certified International Privacy Professional. Sarah is committed to providing high-quality guidance on a broad scope of information governance challenges and supporting clients in addressing legal, practical and business risks from a data protection perspective. She joined Information Governance Services 2 years ago and is involved in data protection audits and the implementation of data sharing frameworks including within NHS organisations.
Before moving to London, she worked in-house in legal commercial departments and in law firms advising on litigation cases and transactions in Paris. She assisted clients from both the private and public sectors, including major e-commerce platforms, hospitality groups and technology providers, dealing with compliance, due diligence and contractual issues. She holds a master’s degree in business law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a master's degree in intellectual property and information law from King's College London.
