SPEAKER PROFILE

I have been working in the data & analytics field for about 20 years now, and I am a massive fan of solving problems through insights and data products for everyone out there, but specifically in the real estate industry. Building teams in that area and making them successful, supporting everyone building their career and new skills is why I always wanted to lead teams. As a manager I am not the one in the spotlight, for me it is all about creating that work environment where everyone feels included and empowered.
Outside of work I am supporting different women in tech networks and I do a lot of mentoring and coaching as well.
I am also a foodie, I love to cook for family and friends, and I can't wait to go out again to all those amazing restaurants in London (where I only moved to 3 months before the pandemic started).
